I have spent more than 30 years improving the old traditional methods of drumming, including systems originally used by Billy Gladstone, George Lawrence Stone, and Sanford Moeller. The result is a system of drumming that allows me, and will allow you, to play at maximum power and speed with endurance to spare and with precise control of every stroke. For example, you may be familiar with the traditional Moeller Whip stroke as used by Jim Chapin and many other drummers. My modification of this stroke produces 50 percent more power than the old traditional version but without any additional effort. And that's only one of the many modifications I have made to the old traditional methods of drumming.

Over the years thousands of drummers from all over the world have traveled to my East Coast Drum Studio for private lessons in Tension Free Drumming.
