HARDWARE: Refunds will be provided within the first 30 days from the date of delivery on non-defective hardware items only, providing they are returned in original, saleable condition. The original price paid for the item will be refunded, minus a 20% restocking fee and minus the original shipping charge. You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to the original shipper, which could be Pintech, Axis Percussion, etc., depending on the item being returned. Defective hardware items, such as Axis or Pintech gear, will be exchanged or replacement parts sent as deemed necessary up to 30 days from the date of delivery at no cost to you. Note: After this initial 30 day period, please contact the product manufacturer directly for assistance. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. OTHER PRODUCTS: Returns are not accepted and refunds cannot be given on drumsticks, books, CDs, DVDs, or electronically downloadable products. Defective books, CDs, DVDs, and sticks may be exchanged within 30 days from date of delivery for the same item only.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases your will receive a refund more quickly.
Under the above conditions, if you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
A shipping destination can be found in the description field of each item so please verify that it does ship to your location before placing your item(s) in the shopping cart.
Shipping estimates for certain items, such as Axis Percussion products, can be as long as 8 weeks from date of original order so please examine this information on each item prior to ordering. Note that your account is charged based on order date and not shipment date.
